How are requests counted?

Each API call counts against your monthly limit based on endpoint multipliers. Basic signals (email, IP, domain) count as 1 request. Registry lookups (company, insolvency) count as 2×. Sanctions screening counts as 3×. For composite /v1/score requests, multipliers add up based on included components.

What happens when I exceed my monthly limit?

For Free plans, API calls are blocked until the next billing cycle. For paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise), overage is allowed and billed at your plan's overage rate ($0.005, $0.003, or $0.001 per request respectively).

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

We offer a Free plan with 1,000 requests/month that never expires. This lets you fully test our API before committing to a paid plan. For Enterprise features, contact our sales team for a custom trial.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice/wire transfer.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes! All paid plans receive a 20% discount when billed annually. Switch to annual billing anytime from your dashboard.

How do premium add-ons work?

Included data sources (30+ registries) are automatically available with your subscription. Premium add-ons like UBO registries and PEP screening require activation by our team. Simply contact us, and we'll configure them for you - usually within 24-48 hours. We handle all setup, licensing, and API key management on your behalf.

Can I get a custom enterprise plan?

Absolutely! We work with enterprises to create custom plans that fit your needs. This can include custom rate limits, dedicated infrastructure, SLA guarantees, white-label solutions, and on-premise deployment options. Contact sales@scorika.com.

How does the refund policy work?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Overage charges are non-refundable as they represent actual usage.

Is there a setup fee?
